All bookings must be made through our official phone number, website, or authorized representatives.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
Customers must provide accurate details such as travel dates, number of passengers, pickup location, and identification information where required.
A partial advance payment is required to confirm any tour package, taxi service, or hotel booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the journey, as agreed at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp, email, or official contact number.
Refunds (if applicable) depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and on hotel/transport policies.
Certain services such as hotel bookings, helicopter tickets, or special permits may be non-refundable.
Processing time for eligible refunds may take several working days.

Changes requested by the customer after booking (such as date change, vehicle upgrade, hotel change) may result in additional charges.
In case of road blockages, weather issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions, we may modify the itinerary in the interest of safety.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, landslides, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the journey.
For Char Dham or other yatra routes, passengers must follow government registration or medical requirements if applicable.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Haridwar Tour Agent is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Many Uttarakhand pilgrimage destinations involve high altitude and physical travel. Customers should ensure they are medically fit before booking.
We are not responsible for any health issues arising during the trip. Travelers should consult a doctor if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
The vehicle will be available as per the agreed itinerary and time schedule.
Extra usage beyond the agreed route, distance, or time may result in additional charges.
Drivers follow local transport rules, and night driving in hilly areas may be restricted for safety reasons.
Hotels, helicopter services, and other third-party providers operate under their own rules and policies.
Haridwar Tour Agent acts as a travel organizer and is not liable for service issues caused by third-party providers, though we will assist in resolving problems where possible.
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Landslides or road closures
Political disturbances
Government restrictions
Weather conditions
In such cases, alternate arrangements may be suggested, but extra costs (if any) must be borne by the traveler.
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers, hotel staff, guides, and locals.
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a customer’s behavior is unsafe, illegal, or abusive.

Personal injury, illness, or accidents during travel
Loss of baggage or personal items
Delays or disruptions caused by external factors
Our responsibility is limited to providing the services as confirmed in the booking.
