All cancellation requests must be made through our official contact number, WhatsApp, or email.
Refund eligibility depends on how many days before the journey the cancellation is made:
15 days or more before travel – Partial refund after deducting booking and service charges
7–14 days before travel – Limited refund subject to hotel and transport cancellation policies
Less than 7 days before travel – No refund in most cases
Exact refund amounts may vary depending on advance payments made to hotels, drivers, and other service providers.
Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including:
Hotel bookings under special or peak-season rates
Government permits or registration fees
Last-minute bookings
These depend on third-party provider policies and cannot be refunded once confirmed.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a trip due to:
Natural disasters
Road closures or landslides
Government restrictions
Safety concerns
In such situations, we will try to offer:
Alternative dates, or
Alternate destinations, or
Refund for unused services (after deducting non-recoverable expenses)
If a customer does not arrive at the pickup point or fails to join the tour on the departure date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no show, and no refund will be provided.
No refund will be given for:
Unused hotel nights
Unused vehicle services
Missed sightseeing
Early termination of the trip by the traveler
Eligible refunds may take 7–10 working days to process after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made via the original payment method whenever possible.
Since we coordinate with hotels, drivers, and other partners, refund decisions are also influenced by their policies. We always try our best to minimize losses for our customers.
